Pre-election litigation in the 2020 election cycle has risen due to the many challenges associated with conducting an election in the midst of a pandemic. The Election Law Program has collected a trove of court orders resulting from this litigation and organized them in the Election 2020: Court Orders Database, searchable by state and topic. The Election Law Program intends to add other types of court orders over time. For now, this resource provides a quick reference to court orders in election cases and demonstrates the type of relief that is granted.
